Stuart C. Irby Co. recognizes that employees have the right

drug and alcohol abuse inflicts a terrible toll on
the nations resources and the health and well-being

Stuart C. Irby Co. requires that every newly hired employee
be free of alcohol abuse or drug usage. Each offer of
employment shall be conditioned upon the passing of a urinalysis for
alcohol and drugs. The company will not hire any applicant
who fails to pass the pre-employment alcohol and drug test.
Stuart C. Irby Co. conducts additional drug and alcohol
testing on a random selection basis, for reasonable cause,
for commercial vehicle operators, and for post-vehicle
or job-related accidents.
