This is a full float body belt with a 5-1/2" laced cushion pad. The 1988 belt strap is made of the 6 ply nylon "nybuck" material used on pole straps. The floating action allows lateral movement on the pole reducing strap wear.

This is the finest belt available. Linemen do not like the stiff feel of new body belts. This belt is hand crafted of the most pliable and highest quality leather available to create that broken-in feeling from the first day worn. It features a full float body belt with a 5-1/2" foam cushioned pad reinforced with rawhide lace. The belt strap is leather and nylon sewn together for strength and comfort. The sliding dees allow the lineman a 4" lateral movement on the pole reducing wear of the pole strap. Available in three leather colors, 2000MBL - Black, 2000 MBR - Brown and 2000 MBU - Burgundy.

The body belt section of model 20003 is connected using the 2000M belt and has the added feature of an attached backsaver. the extra width provides support to the back helping to relieve strain. The backsaver helps hold the belt and dee rings in the perfect location and eliminates the possibility of sliding out of the belt.

A backsaver belt that allows user to adjust the waist strap separately from the backsaver.

Model 3500:

The original Velcro cushion wrap pad. Comfort, ease of attachment and durability has made this our most popular selling climber pad. The 4" width Velcro strap which fastens around your calf provides more support and reduces the discomfort associated with a 1" or 1-1/4" strap. The leather pad has a rolled edge to reduce chafing. Fits all manufacturers of climbers except Stringer Brooks.

Model 3500C:

The 4" Velcro cinch pad is an improved version of our most popular selling pad. A cinch loop has been added to allow the user a better means to tighten the strap around the calf muscle. The user weaves the strap through the metal cinch loop, pulls tight and fastens using Velcro.

Model 3503:

Similar to Model 3500 except Velcro attachment strap is 3" wide.

Model 3503C:

The BuckSqueeze

 

A wood pole fall protection system to fall protect line personnel from the ground to the elevated work position and back to the ground. The Buck Squeeze requires the user to hitchhike up and down the pole utilizing the cross over strap and the paddle tensioner. If the user starts to fall, the strap squezzes the pole, securing the user and preventing a fall. While climbing over obstructions, the user would secure a retractable lanyard prior to removing the Buck Squeeze. The Buck Squeeze is easy to adjust to accommodate the size of the pole.

Simplicity and safety. Salisbury's Boa Pole Choking System allows linemen to work in a comfortable position without danger of a fall. The Boa has two adjustable interconnecting straps, made of 6-ply rubberized nylon, that wrap around the pole and serve as both an anchorage connector and connecting link to the body belt and/or harness. The Boa "chokes" the pole when the adjustment paddles are released and the worker leans back into the system.

The retractable lanyard automatically extends and retracts to allow user mobility. This unit utilizes an inertia-brake mechanism which locks when 5" of material pulls out per second to restrain the worker to a fall of less than 12".
