TrafFix Sign Stand with Unique Step - n - Drop Legs
This highly advanced Step - n - Drop feature enables you to quickly set-up the stand without having to bend over or stoop down. Simply place your foot on the release levers, step down and two legs will drop into position. Repeat the process for the remaining two legs and you are ready for the sign.
The stand is compact, easy to carry and stores in small areas. All parts can be easily replaced. A complete parts list is included with each stand.

Portable
Zephyr
For use with 36" and 48" roll-up construction signs, tested and certified to meet the crashworthy requirements of NCHPR-350.
The Zephyr portable sign stand is constructed of a steel plate molded into a recycled rubber base (weight 38 lbs.). Two molded-in carrying handles allow for easy movement and placement of the Zephyr stand.
The plastic corner pocket at the bottom of the sign allows for quick and easy mounting of sign to stand. Just insert the corner pocket and press down. The sign automatically locks in place. To remove the sign, simply lift the release lever. The big rubber base (28" x 17-1/2") is skid-resistant and is stable enough to remain in place, even in windy conditions. Zephyr "spills the wind" without the use of bulky springs.
The Zephyr sign stand is easy to use - simply release the lever and raise the mast to lock it into the upright position. No further adjustments are necessary. No folding legs that extend out into traffic.
The Zephyr low profile sign stand takes up very little storage space in the truck (only 4" tall when folded). Stacking lugs are molded into the base for easy storage. The vertical mast folds down and locks in place to minimize damage during loading, and unloading the stand.

Each TF-C unit has 18 intensity red and/or amber LEDS, which sequence in a circular fashion. Not only does this unit project an intensely bright light, but the rapid motion of the lighting patterns draws attention. The unit can be placed within a traffic cone, illuminating the entire cone with swirling light. These flares can be seen for several hundred yards and are designed to survive the weight of airplanes running over them. TF-C runs on 4 C-cell batteries for approximately 150 hours (2 years of normal use). TF-R is a rechargeable unit, coming 6 to a case. The units are stacked on recharging poles within the case and the entire case can be charged via 12 volt connection or wall charger. The TF-C and TF-R are the logical, re-usuable replacement for the common road flare.
