Expected Attendance: 200+ Utility Customers and 40 Vendor Exhibitors

Rate: $165 per night (Book by March 22, 2026)
Vendor Reception: April 22, 2026 from 5-6:30PM.
A vendor gathering will be held at the Brownwood Hotel Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 from 5-6:30PM. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be provided.

Exhibitor Recommendations
We encourage you to design your booth or trailer around product demonstrations. For many attendees, the Irby Product Expo counts toward training hours, and a hands‑on, demonstration‑focused setup makes it easier for customers to participate and gain value. Marketing materials—such as banners, tablecloths, and signage—are also recommended.
To give your company additional visibility with our customers, exhibitors are invited to provide raffle prize(s) to be awarded during lunch. In previous years, items such as gift cards, tools, electronics, and sporting goods have been very well received. Most importantly, your company name will be highlighted when your donated prize is presented to the recipient.
Please send any raffle gifts to the Lake Mary branch prior to the show or bring them with you to the vendor event the night before. The Lake Mary branch address is listed at the bottom of the invitation.
