The Irby Product Expo has historically been an enjoyable, refreshing, and prosperous opportunity to interact with our utility customers for one fun-filled day—and in that regard, this year will be no different! This event is an opportunity to demonstrate our dedication and focus on the West Tennessee utility market and, most importantly, to recognize our continued growth alongside our strong manufacturers and partners. As a valued Irby partner, we invite you to join us for our 2026 Annual Irby Product Expo—hosted at our facility—on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. With an average of 100 utility customers and 40+ vendor exhibitors in attendance, this event provides us all with revenue opportunities and customers’ exposure to the many outstanding product lines that Irby proudly offers.

What’s included:
Our trade show event provides a great opportunity to show, demonstrate, and introduce your new or innovative products to utility customers throughout West Tennessee.

What to bring/exhibit:
We encourage you to focus your booth or trailer on product demonstrations. For many, attending the Irby Product Expo qualifies as training hours, and a demonstration-focused exhibition makes it easier for customers to attend.
To provide you with additional exposure to our customers, exhibitors are encouraged to provide “raffle” prize(s) to be drawn and gifted to lucky awardees during lunch. We’ve had many wonderful giveaways in the past (gift cards, tools, electronics, sports equipment, etc.), and each is well-received by our customers. Most importantly, your company name will be recognized with the delivery of your donated prize(s) to the customer.

Vendor setup will be from 7-8:30 AM the morning of the Expo. Please arrive no later than 8:00 AM to set up displays, or you may set up your table the evening before. We respectfully request that displays, presentations, and demonstrations only include products sold through Irby in our territory or region.
