How We Repair:

Our standard procedure is to repair all tools if the cost of repair is less than half the replacement cost based on the manufacturer's suggested list price.

If the cost of the repair exceeds this price, we will contact the customer to review replacement options and provide an estimate of the tool repair. The estimated cost of the tool repair or replacement will be factored into the final price.

A typical estimate takes less than an hour and is billed at our ship labor rate.
